Narragansett Terrace Yacht Club Thursday Night Race Series - We had an approximate 10 knot breeze from the southwest. The crew consisted of Roger, Todd Johnston (of Banks Sails) and myself. We finished first over the line, followed by Good News (J-27) and Radio Flyer (J-24). On corrected time, we won the race.

Prior to the race, Todd and Roger adjusted the standing rigging. The forestay was too short. An additional toggle got that length corrected and the sails fit much better.

Narragansett Terrace Yacht Club Thursday Night Race Series - We had a a 12-16 knot breeze from the south-southwest. The crew consisted of Captain Roger, his son, Roger, his grandson, Roger, and myself. We had a great start, and maintained clear air throughout most of the race. We finished in second place, boat-for-boat, behind John Howell's J-30, Good News; But we finished third on corrected time; the final standings for top three being: J-24 Radio Flyer, J-30 Good News and J-27 InSync.

Our first downwind leg found us changing from the blade jib to the 140% genoa, a good call on Roger's part.
